Community Guidelines
Effective date: 24 July 2026 · Last updated: 24 July 2026
LifeMaxxing is built for real experiences. These Community Guidelines set the standards of conduct expected of every user. They form part of our Terms of Service. Violations may result in content removal, feature limits, suspension, or permanent account termination.
1. Purpose
We want LifeMaxxing to remain a trusted record of places and moments. Be truthful, respectful, and careful with other people’s privacy and safety—especially where location is involved.
2. Required standards
- Log genuine experiences. Posts should reflect real activity at a real place or map pin on a stated date.
- Respect visibility and privacy choices. Do not attempt to circumvent private or followers-only settings, or pressure others to reveal private locations.
- Use safety tools responsibly. Report content or behaviour that violates these Guidelines, and use block or mute features when appropriate.
- Be accurate. Do not deliberately mislead others about places, experiences, identity, or ratings.
3. Prohibited conduct
The following are prohibited on LifeMaxxing:
- Harassment, bullying, threats, intimidation, or targeted abuse.
- Hate speech or content that attacks people based on protected characteristics.
- Illegal content or activity, including scams, fraud, and trafficking.
- Sexual content involving minors, child sexual exploitation material, or any attempt to sexualise minors. Zero tolerance applies.
- Doxxing, publishing private residential addresses, or revealing another person’s private location without lawful authority or consent.
- Using the map, experience pins, or profile information to stalk, track, or endanger anyone offline.
- Spam, fake engagement, impersonation, or coordinated inauthentic behaviour.
- Scraping, harvesting, or automated abuse of the Service.
- Malware, phishing, or attempts to compromise accounts or systems.
4. Reporting and enforcement
We provide in-app reporting and blocking tools. We aim to review reports within twenty-four (24) hours of receipt, though complex cases may take longer. Enforcement actions may include content removal, warnings, temporary restrictions, suspension, or permanent termination, depending on severity and history.
We may act on reports, automated signals, lawful requests, and our own review. We are not obligated to monitor all User Content in advance, but we reserve the right to do so where appropriate for safety and compliance.
5. Appeals
If you believe an enforcement action was taken in error, email hello@lifemaxxing.com with your username, a description of the action, and any relevant details. We will review good-faith appeals.
