This End User License Agreement (“EULA”) is a legal agreement between you and the LifeMaxxing operator for the LifeMaxxing mobile application. The app is licensed, not sold.
You may also review Apple’s Licensed Application End User License Agreement: Apple Standard EULA. Where this page and Apple’s standard EULA both apply, Apple’s standard EULA governs the license grant for App Store distribution; our Terms of Service govern use of LifeMaxxing accounts and user-generated content.
We grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to use the app on devices you own or control, as permitted by the App Store / Play Store rules.
UGC features (experiences, comments, media) require acceptance of our Terms and Community Guidelines. Report and block tools are provided in-app. We may remove content and suspend accounts that violate those rules.
We may update or discontinue the app. This license ends if you delete the app or we terminate access for breach. Sections that by nature should survive (IP, liability limits) continue to apply.
