Welcome to LifeMaxxing. By downloading, signing up, or using the app and related services, you agree to these Terms and our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, do not use the app.

1. Acceptance of Terms

These Terms form an agreement between you and the LifeMaxxing operator (same group as Notfit App FZ-LLC / TAZ products). Continued use after we post updates means you accept the revised Terms.

2. Services provided

LifeMaxxing is a location-anchored social app for logging experiences (an activity + a place or pin + a date), following people, browsing feeds and maps, and saving places/collections. We may add, change, or remove features over time. We map and discover — we do not provide turn-by-turn navigation.

3. Accounts

You must provide accurate information when creating an account.
You are responsible for keeping your login secure.
You must be at least 16 years old (or the higher age required in your country).
We may suspend or terminate accounts that break these Terms, our Community Guidelines, or applicable law.

4. Experiences and content

Posts must be experiences: activity, place/pin, and date are required. Text-only or photo-only posts are not supported.
You retain ownership of content you create. You grant LifeMaxxing a worldwide, non-exclusive license to host, display, and distribute that content according to the visibility you choose (public, followers, or private).
You are responsible for what you post, including photos, notes, tags, ratings, and exact or approximate locations.
Do not post illegal content, harassment, hate, spam, scams, or content that infringes others’ rights. Do not scrape, reverse engineer, or abuse the API or rate limits.

5. Privacy controls

Per-experience visibility is enforced on our servers. Delayed broadcast / “don’t broadcast live” options may delay when a post becomes visible to others. Exact coordinates for non-public posts are not exposed to other users through our normal product surfaces.

6. Subscriptions and payments

LifeMaxxing may be free at launch. If we later offer paid plans, prices, renewals, and cancellations will be shown in-app and processed by Apple, Google, or other payment providers under their terms. Unless required by law, fees are generally non-refundable for partial periods.

7. User responsibilities

Use the app safely and at your own risk.
Do not share others’ private location or personal data without permission.
Follow our Community Guidelines. Report abuse with in-app report/block tools.
Do not use LifeMaxxing to promote illegal activity or to harass people offline using location data.

8. Intellectual property

The LifeMaxxing name, branding, app design, and software are owned by us or our licensors. You may not copy, distribute, or exploit them without permission, except as allowed by these Terms.

9. Third-party services

The app may use maps, sign-in (Apple, Google), hosting, analytics, crash reporting, and push providers. Their terms and privacy policies also apply when those services are used.

10. Limitation of liability

LifeMaxxing is provided “as is.” To the fullest extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages, or for decisions you make based on places, ratings, or other users’ content. User content is not verified by us.

11. Termination

You may delete your account at any time (see Account deletion). We may suspend or terminate access if you break these Terms, misuse the app, or harm the community.

12. Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the United Arab Emirates, unless otherwise required by your local laws.
